We are offering a scholarship for college and college-bound students who understand how to overcome life’s challenges and traumas and are committed to demonstrating a determination to build useful lives, pursue higher education, and achieve career success. 

Jason Wright has fought for those who cannot fight for themselves and is a strong advocate for organizations devoted to helping others. He enjoys giving back to the community. Jason donates his time and legal knowledge to assist The Volunteer Legal Services of Travis County by running a pro-bono divorce clinic for low-income families. Because of his efforts, Jason was a 2016 Judge Susan Covington Pro-Bono Award Honoree. He is also a member of Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.

Jason is also very active in Scouting. Jason is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor recipient and has served in almost every leadership role throughout his Scouting career. Currently, Jason also serves as the Longhorn Council Aquatic School Committee Chairman, where he oversees and directs a week-long leadership/instructor & lifeguard program for Scouts ages 13-17.  

Jason understands that education is a critical cornerstone upon which future leaders are made, and providing financial assistance to those in need is crucial. The Law Office Of Jason Wright, PLLC strives to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their socioeconomic status, have access to academic, interpersonal, and community opportunities.

Scholarship Application Guidelines

► Eligibility and Selection Criteria

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited high school, community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States. This includes high school Juniors or Seniors, high school graduates, or those who possess a GED.

The Law Office Of Jason Wright, PLLC Scholarship funds can be applied to tuition, books, and/or other fees at the high school, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States where the recipient will enroll or is currently enrolled.

Application Materials

All applicants need to submit the following application materials by August 15th, 2021:

Failure to include all required application materials will result in a rejection of the application.

► Award

The selected student will be notified of their selection for the $1,000 award in September 2021.

► Deadline

Eligible applications must be completed and received or postmarked no later than August 15th, 2021. Applicants may submit their materials electronically or via mail.

The Law Office Of Jason Wright, PLLC Injury Scholarship winner will be announced in September 2021.
